1.ZOOMERS Party Package:
$200 for up to 12 children.
Additional children $16.50 per child
Includes:
• Invitations
• Entry to ZOOM and unlimited play time
• Private party room for 1.5 hours
• balloons & lolly bags for each child
• Return entry voucher for birthday child
Party food: chicken nuggets, mini meatballs, frankfurts, fruit platter, fairy bread, chips, cheezels, lollies
Drinks: unlimited cordial & water
We have a delicious range of adult platters available. Please enquire at the time of booking.
Party Hosts
Should you wish to have a dedicated party host for the duration of your childs party we can offer this service for an additional charge. Please enquire at the time of booking.
Private Parties
Why not book the whole centre? Zoom is a perfect venue for large family gatherings such as birthdays
and christenings and for other occasions including Christmas parties, corporate, school, sport and church group functions.
$600 for up to 25 children.
Additional children $20 per child.
Includes:
• Exclusive use of centre for 2 hours
• Invitations
• balloons & lolly bags for each child
• Return entry voucher for birthday child
Party food: chicken nuggets, mini meatballs, frankfurts, fruit platter, fairy bread, chips, cheezels, lollies
Drinks: unlimited cordial & water
Should the above package not suit your particular private function requirements we may be able to tailor a package more to your needs. Please call us to discuss!
Zoom offers the following mid-week playgroup/toddler special: fruit, fairy bread and cordial are included in the normal entry price for pre-booked groups of 8 or more children. (Not available during school holidays).
Other group discounts can be arranged but must be pre-booked. Please call to discuss.

Zoom can cater for special food requirements
Outside food or drink cannot be brought into the centre

All welcome and Birthday Party bookings taken for these nights.
Bookings can be made in person, by phone, fax or email
To secure your party booking a $50 non-refundable deposit is required ($100 for private parties).
Parties can be rescheduled, however, if there is less than two weeks notice an admin fee of $50 will apply.
Invitations will be issued when the deposit is received.
Before your party:
Please advise us of confirmed numbers at least 3 days prior to the party. As our catering and staff requirements are based on this info you will be charged for the confirmed number
of children.
A guest list of all children attending needs to be returned
to the centre along with any adult food platter orders at least 3 days prior to the party.
Adult platters cannot be cancelled on the day.

Please arrive a little early to greet your guests.
All accounts need to be settled on arrival at Zoom. We accept cash, eftpos and most credit cards but do not accept cheques.
Leave birthday cake and candles with reception staff
Any child (including siblings) not listed on the party attendance form will be charged at the casual entry rate.
On arrival, party guests will be issued with name tags and then directed to party room and adults to their reserved table. ChildrenÕs shoes should be left in buckets provided outside the party room and they are then free to play for approximately 30 minutes until the food and drink is brought into party room.
Once the children have eaten, the birthday cake will be brought into the party room,
"Happy Birthday" will be sung and the candles blown out. The children can then return to the play area for unlimited free play.
Towards the end of the designated party time Zoom staff will commence cleaning the party room and if another party follows you will need to remove any possessions from the room and vacate your adult table. Please note you are welcome to stay on and enjoy the facilities for as long as
the centre is open for business.
Guests should collect lolly bags and balloons on their way out.
The Parent/guardian of the birthday child must be present until all guests have departed.
